Antique Bag Question *10 POINTS*?

Hello today we bought a clutch wallet that is made out of alligator skin and it has a real small alligator on the top and I was wondering how much it would cost. It's from my neighbor that passed away and they had it for about 70+ years and I'm wondering if it will cost anything.
