Do you think houses will look the same in the future?

I've been listening to people talking about how homes are going to be smaller in the future, well I disagree because as you look today construction companies are building more subdivisions and I know they re building eco friendly homes but they still are large beautiful suburban homes and not small modern dull looking homes, and right now im 15 years old but I wish to build a mediterranean style mansion in Houston or Dallas, TX that has textures similar to the Bellagio in Las Vegas, with the huge lake in the front with the dancing fountains, ivory color marble floors, sandy brown granite counter tops, walnut wood cabinets and floors, recessed lighting, chandeliers, double tray ceiling, triple tray ceilings, and dome ceilings, and I want it to have 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and 4 powder rooms, theater room, arcade room designed after dave&busters, basketball gym, inside pool, exercise room, and much more, and I DO NOT think they re gonna build dull looking homes
