Dream interpretation about a snake attacking the dog? Any ideas?

I would guess that an old foe (the black/white snake) is going to come back and try attack something or someone very close to you. This is going to change your relationship with that person or thing and make it so you have to change your life. (The whole dogs nose becoming a beak) You are going to fight it off and try to keep things the way you have them currently but it won't work and you will have to adjust to something outside your comfort zone.
