I think that a red lip and basiceye would look great and classic for this look. For your face just use foundation, so you have a blank canvas for red lipstick and black eyeliner (don't overdo it!), maybe smudged a little bit into a smokey eye. for the hair, I would suggest a half-updo with big soft curls.
