How do you remove a dried eyeliner stain from an antique wooden table?

Three days ago, I had gotten upset and thrown my Elf liquid eyeliner thinking that nothing bad would happen. It exploded all over the living room. One small spot had gotten on my great-grandmother's antique wooden table and I have no idea how to get it off without ruining the wood. I'm not sure what kind of wood it is, only that it's dark. It may or may not be stained. Please help?
