White ring around back of pierced ear.?

When I first got my ears pierced around 2-3 weeks ago I took it out to clean it(stupid)and when I tried to put my earring back in and it got stuck at the back.So I had to force it through and I ripped the back alittle cause it bled.So I'm thinking it's just a little bit of scar tissue and i just started sea salt soaks.Tell me what you think.is it white cause there's too much salt in it?I also forgot to mention,at the time i was at a 14g
