Does this room sound fancy?

my dining room has a grandfather clock, famous paintings, a grand piano, large dining table, large china cabinet, wooden pillars, candles everywhere,chandeliers, and many indoor plants. does that sound fancy to you? I want to have a party that seems very formal, so i was thinking this room would be a good place?
