Movie information help!?

I do not remember the name of the movie or the exact people that were in it so I need help. All I remember about the movie was there was this couple who were trying to kill one another, and the final scene was the both of them hanging from the chandelier. The chandelier fell and they both wound up dying. It's an older movie, probably from the late 80s to the early 90s.
