I have a very old imco lighter that i bought and i would like to know how i fill the cartrige?

i recently purchased an imco lighter from an antique store and have no idea how to fill it or if i need to replace the cartrige. on the bottom of the lighter it says IMCO G11 PATENT if that helps and says IMCO GAS G11 on the insert.
